ATBN is a liquid nitrile rubber with amino functional groups at both ends of the molecular chain, which can be cured with isocyanate curing agent or reacted with epoxy groups.
It has good oil resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, strong adhesive force, with which toughening epoxy resin can reduce the gelatinization temperature and curing temperature of epoxy resin.
Mainly used in epoxy resin toughening agent, can enhance the toughness of composite materials, improve the shear strength and peel strength, can also be used as a separate adhesive and sealant.

ATBN is an amine-terminated liquid nitrile butadiene rubber featuring active amino groups at both ends of its molecular structure.
The reactive terminal amino groups allow ATBN to easily react with epoxy functional groups or be cross-linked using an isocyanate curing agent.
Modifying epoxy resins with ATBN significantly lowers the gelatinization and curing temperatures, while enhancing material toughness, shear strength, and peel strength.
Formulations using ATBN exhibit superior heat resistance, strong oil resistance, high abrasion durability, and outstanding overall adhesive capability.
Beyond serving as a core toughening modifier for structural composite resins, it can also be effectively utilized independently as an industrial adhesive or sealant.
